Rob Ghio was born and raised in the Central Valley of California and currently lives in Texas with his wife of 22 years and five daughters (well, four daughters, since his eldest cruelly abandoned him to attend Brigham Young University). His family joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints when he was seven years old. He has been a member ever since (despite being a lousy Boy Scout and engaging in such heretical practices as facial hair and colored shirts).
Rob served a full-time mission for the Church from 1985-1987 in Chicago, Illinois. He has served in several capacities in the Church, including as a Seminary instructor, Sunday School teacher, Stake Missionary, and as a counselor in several bishoprics.
Rob is a graduate of Stanford Law School and currently practices with his own firm in Arlington, Texas and is a frequent writer and speaker on employee relations and other legal topics.
